Beginning Knitting Workshop for Adults

Judy Blanchette and Pam McLoughlin of Adirondackwooleryin Newcomb will teach a beginning knitting class for adultsages 16 and up at the Johnsburg Public Library from 10 am to2 pm Saturday,March 22nd. All yarn, needles, and instructionto knit an easy scarf will be provided. Adirondackwoolery 100% woolyarn is produced from sheep raised in Newcomb, handspun and hand dyed.

Students will learn the first 3 basics of knitting;casting on, garter stitch, and binding off.Students should bring a bag lunch.

Kits and materials for other fiber projects will be available for purchase.
